Coolant is the first line of defence in engine temperature control. Poor coolant boils, rusts and scales up, and over time it damages the water passages and the water pump.

VP Racing Stay Frosty Hi-Performance (purple) is a ready-to-use premixed coolant with a wetting agent and non-toxic propylene glycol. Its heat-transfer formula pulls more heat out of a hot cylinder head, running up to 14°F cooler than conventional glycol coolant, while still giving antifreeze protection, protecting aluminium components from corrosion and electrolysis, and preventing scale deposits. Cooler running also makes the intake charge denser and lets ignition timing advance safely, which means more power and torque. 3.78 litres.
