Shipping

• Inside Taiwan: the cost is calculated automatically at checkout from the weight of your order, so you see it before you pay. Orders normally arrive within a week of dispatch.
• Outside Taiwan: we ship worldwide. Cost and lead time depend on where you are and what you're ordering, so message us on WhatsApp for a quote before you order.

Payment

• Because of Shopify payment restrictions in Taiwan, orders placed on this site are settled mainly by bank transfer.
• If you'd rather pay by card, or you're ordering from outside Taiwan, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out with you.

Returns

• If what arrives has a serious defect, you can return or exchange it.
• Please film yourself unboxing. That footage is what we use to assess the defect. It makes the whole process quicker and it protects you.
• Check your order over as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.

Trade and distribution
